Balete 07:55
In the cracks of every structure And from crevices of their homes Roots growing upwards Branches reaching down Urostigma Deep within its wooden cathedra Angyaw mysticism conjured Spirit medium channeling To bring ruin upon their world So, Unleashed Balete comes strangling Twisting, as light drowns out Their structures enveloped Choked in a verdant fist Oxygen deprivation Suffocating demise As leathery hands glossy Around their throats entwine Germinating epiphyte Dispersed by Aves’ wings Fall into new recesses From which rises again The green mantle of death At the coming of the Verdant Messiah At the onset of the Budding Dawn The earth in floral apocalypse enraptured Mankind’s existence imploded Absorbed into a single elliptical leaf To be transformed and birthed anew Into the glorious destiny of the Plantae Kingdom

Decussate phallotaxy Gesneriaceae Rosulate Streptocarpus In small hordes form Ever growing cotyledon Lurking in crevices below Colonizing the rocks Caulescent denizen Creeping stems summon Rhizome propagation New hordes arise From its thousand young Pair-flowered cyme Dust-like seeds Seekers of light Parietal placentation Twisted fruit Spiraling seed pod Unifoliate monocarpia zygomorphic Rising and falling In singular floral glory

about

"EP1: The Hanging Gardens of Hell" was recorded in 2012 to be on a split album with Palace of Worms. Both bands' materials were too long for the label to release -- pressing all to vinyl would have filled two disks -- so both bands cut songs. The remaining two of the five original songs made for "Hanging Gardens" are now here for you to listen to.
